Cancellation Policy
1. Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, and the lesson will not be rescheduled. If sufficient notice is given, we will do our best to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. 2. No-Shows If a student does not attend their scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be provided. 3. Instructor Cancellations In the rare event that the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, a rescheduled session will be offered at a convenient time for the student. 4. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies can arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending a lesson, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Exceptions may be made at our discretion. 5. Refunds & Lesson Packages Lessons that are canceled within the required notice period may be rescheduled but are non-refundable. If you have purchased a lesson package, cancellations within policy will allow for rescheduling but will not be eligible for a refund. By booking a lesson, you agree to these terms.
